I had my wisdom tooth #16 and tooth #15 removed last week, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was pretty anxious going into it, but Dr. Heller and his entire staff were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and reassured me every step of the way. They recommended IV sedation, and I’m so glad they did, it made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. The care I received before, during, and after the procedure was exceptional. The recovery process was made so easy because they were always there to answer my questions and make sure I was doing okay. I honestly can’t believe I waited this long to get it done! If you’re nervous or putting it off, I highly recommend trusting Dr. Heller and his staff. They truly take great care of their patients, and I’m so glad I chose them.

I’m usually pretty anxious about dental stuff, but they were amazing. The staff really walked me through everything during my oral surgery extraction and implant consultation. Gotta thank Tanya and Emily for making me feel so supported, and addressed all my concerns. Tanya was so compassionate, she explained everything Dr. Ason was doing in real time which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Ason took time to answer all my questions in detail. I finally found a dentist I trust and I’m feeling much better about my treatment now. Very professional and caring team, totally recommend!

Just had my consultation - wisdom tooth and I cannot say enough good things! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and understanding. The office is spotless and calming, which is a huge plus. They take the time to explain everything about the procedure. If anyone in Central Florida needs help with wisdom teeth extractions, this is the place to go. Can't go wrong here!

Overall, I had a very positive experience. Kip was absolutely amazing and stayed by my side throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel appreciated, heard, and genuinely cared for. He helped ease my nerves and made sure all of my needs were met. I can say the same about my surgeon, Dr. Ason. He was professional, efficient, and made the procedure feel quick and smooth. I truly felt I was in great hands. The only reason I am not giving a perfect review is because of one staff member who I believe was the clinic manager, although I’m not sure of his exact title. Unfortunately, his attitude came across as a little distasteful and made me feel less comfortable and secure than the rest of the team did. I wish he had been more welcoming and compassionate with patients. Aside from that one interaction, my experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care I received.

Extremely disappointed in this surgery center. First off, it was dirtiest doctors office I’ve ever seen. Fingerprints on the doorways, dirt and shoe marks all over the walls and doors, and the bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilet seat. NOT a sanitary facility. Luckily I was not the patient; I was just there as a ride for someone else! Second issue was we were told they would send in a prescription for pain medication and that never happened. They sent ibuprofen 🙄 I tried to contact the after hours post op line and no one ever texted or called back. My husband tossed and turned moaning in pain all night long. Finally got a text back in the morning saying “they’d look into it” but no one ever called or texted back after that. It’s a good thing we didn’t have anything serious happen because their communication was clearly lacking! Would not recommend this facility at all. It felt like a surgical farm, they take as many patients as possible and rush them in and out without caring after they’re discharged.
